Billing Questions

Below you'll find the answers to some common billing questions. If you have a question about your monthly HOA dues and you cannot find the answer here, please contact the Metropolitan Property Management office at 615.915.3204. 

1. Will I receive a monthly invoice? 

You will not receive a monthly invoice reminding you to pay your bill, but we will provide a coupon booklet at the beginning of each year. You'll just tear out the coupon for the appropriate month and mail it in with your check. If you prefer to pay your bill by mailing a check, please contact billing@mpmnashville.com to request a coupon book. 

2. Do you offer automatic draft? 

Yes. Please visit https://portal.mpnashville615.com/ to set up automatic draft. If you do not have a login for the portal, please email billing@mpmnashville.com to request one.

3. Is it possible to pay online?

Metropolitan offers the option to pay online. Click on the link in the navigation bar below 'Pay Online'. This will direct you to the payment portal. Register as a first time user with your account number. Please call the MPM office if you do not know your account number.


Maintenance Request

Please visit the Contact tab on this site. If your maintenance issue involves water damage, fire damage, or weather related damage, please contact the Abbottsford property manager, Kim Malone, by calling the MPM office at 615.915.3204. 


Clubhouse Reservations

To make a clubhouse reservation, please call the MPM office at 615.915.3204 and ask to speak with Cass Roberts. You may also email Cass at cass@mpmnashville.com. Please be sure to provide the date(s) you are interested in renting as well as the completed Clubhouse Reservation Form found under the HOA Documents area of this website.


Please complete the AC form found under the HOA Documents area of this website. Once you have completed the form, please email it to Kim Malone at kim@mpmnashville.com.
