1. Will I receive a monthly invoice?
You will not receive a monthly invoice reminding you to pay your bill, but we will provide a coupon booklet at the beginning of each year. You'll just tear out the coupon for the appropriate month and mail it in with your check. If you prefer to pay your bill by mailing a check, please contact email@example.com to request a coupon book.
2. Do you offer automatic draft?
Yes. Please complete the form found at the link below and mail it to 1900 Wedgewood Avenue, Nashville, TN 37212. If you mail this form in by the 1st of the month, your draft can be set up to begin that month.

3. Is it possible to pay online?
Metropolitan offers the option to pay online. Click on the link in the navigation bar below 'Pay Online'. This will direct you to the payment portal. Register as a first time user with your account number. Please call the MPM office if you do not know your account number.

To make a clubhouse reservation, please call the MPM office at 615.915.3204 and ask to speak with Olivia Scruggs. You may also email Olivia at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to provide the date(s) you are interested in renting as well as the completed Clubhouse Reservation Form found under the HOA Documents area of this website.
